Born in Munich, he studied media management and sports marketing and has now been at FC Bayern München for nearly 17 years. The Head of Customer Care, Digital Licencing & Stadium is responsible for the marketing and development of digital topics and is also in charge of Customer Care, CRM, media rights, media cooperations and the digitalisation of the Allianz Arena. Benjamin Steen is also a lecturer at international sports universities, a speaker at events and chairman of the UEFA and DFL CRM working group.
