Oliver embarked on his professional journey with a trainee program at Deutsche Bank AG before transitioning to management consulting in 2015. At Deloitte, he spearheaded multiple Big Data & Advanced Analytics initiatives, predominantly in the financial domain.
In 2019, Oliver joined Commerzbank, where he currently leads the Big Data function, serving as the advanced analytics backbone of Commerzbank. This area covers analytics data collection & provisioning, Business Intelligence software, and Data Science technology stacks. Big Data enables business units with blueprints for transitioning analytics technology from on-premises setups to leading-edge native cloud implementations. Furthermore, this area also manages ESG-related data and software solutions.
